P2CMS (for PC) crashes at start ...... ???

Greetings

I'm trying to get P2CMS running on my desktop PC computer.

I've used drivers from this site:
http://panasonic.sixbullets.net/

Then the P2 driver for the HVX200
Then the P2CMS SW

When I start P2CMS I always get this error:
CLR error: 80004005
The program will now terminate

I've tried reloading the drivers.

Any clues as to what might be the problem? The computer is a core-2 E6600 with Win-XP Pro 32 with 4 GB of RAM and tons of HD space. It's an uber-fast machine and I haven't had any problems with it up till now. I'm running PP CS3 as my editing SW.

Update:

After updating from .net Framework 3.0 to version 3.5, all is good now. .
