P2 viewer and vista help!

I am switching from a mac to a pc for p2 offloading. I installed P2 viewer and when i tried to run it i got the error message "the required audio hadware cannot be found on this computer." what does that mean? viewer wont open so i can trouble shoot and i see nothing on pana site. any know what this is. vista?

i am using a toshiba a135 with 1.6 celeron M.

I'm running vista on a ACer laptop I use for P2 dumping, mine runs fine. I just intalled the drivers for P2 card and for the computer. I never even heard about that error. You try re installing the drivers? Or try emailing Panasonic.

There are new versions of both the P2 drivers and P2 viewer for Vista -- have you downloaded those, or are you running the old ones that came on the CD for the camera? The versions included with the camera will not work with Vista, the current versions can be found here:

Install the P2 drivers first, then P2 Viewer.

i have the newest drivers for card and cam. uninstaled and reinstalled drivers and viewer. still nothing. i dont get it. trying to email panny but i cant find an address. help page is a labrynth of faq and such but no contact.

Same exact thing is happening to me. I installed the latest version of the driver and P2 viewer and still get the cannot find audio error message.
