are you referring to the audio card being active (which is missing in your box) or the P2 card?

I'm not sure what to suggest. I'm using it on a mac and I checked the hardware requirements at the beginning of the P2CMS help file and it did not indicate an audio card was required. It did specify the necessary CPU and OS information. If you're using the PC version this may be different. Only other things I can think of is to try recording a clip with no audio and see if the program allows you to ingest and view that clip....and perhaps try to re-install P2CMS being sure you have the latest program and drivers. Maybe a moderator can answer your question. Good luck.
