Did a quick search, didn't seem like anyone covered this. There's a thread about sending these things back to panny for an upgrade.
So my question is, theoretically, can't you just open the p2 store up and swap out a new 2.5 hardrive with a much larger capacity than 60?
Step 1: Buy P2 Store
Step 2: Buy 2.5 inch laptop HD for peanuts
Step 3: Format the drive to FAT32 or NTFS (whichever it is)
Step 4: Open up P2 store, swap out drives
Step 5: Drink beer and download footage.
This seems highly possible especially if the p2 store's hardrive is sata.
Don't know about the firmware. I know it's kind of a pain when you have to switch to the 16gb p2 cards, but I really think this will work. if so, you could throw in a 500 gb 2.5 inch hd for 80bux then this thing would be more than just a card reader...
someone second me on this, i wanna give it a go.
