P2 Store Files show up but won't Import into FCP

HELP...the P2 Store mounts on my desktop for my Mac, and I can see all the files there, but when I try and Import P2 via FCP the dialogue box doesnt show up. When I stick a card in the PCMIA slot and fire up FCP it recognizes and lets me import those files. Can I drag the MXF files off the P2 store and import them in to FCP some other way. I have successfully imported off of the P2 store, but not today...any ideas or work arounds. thanks.

Drag them from the P2Store to a folder on your storage drives. Drag the lastclp file first and then the full media folder. Once they're copied select that folder to import from in FCP.
