Premiere has no native MXF or DVCProHD support.

As has been discussed many many times, your options include RayLight, Cineform, Matrox Axio, and Adobe/Serious Magic's DVCProHD Decoder.

Premiere has no native MXF or DVCProHD support.

It does now!

I unleashed the Raylight plugin for Premiere. Get it at http://dvfilm.com/raylight
