P2 or Quicktime on focus enchancement

Well.. What is the difference between recording on quicktime or P2 on focus renhancement FS-100? I was able to find quicktime files easily once I mounted FS-100 but I can't find any file or weird files when I recorded footage on P2. Is there solution to that? Is P2 better than quicktime in this case?

Help!!!!
 
You need to use the "ORGANIZE P2" function on the FS-100 before you try to load the files into your editor if you are recording in P2/MXF format.
 
If you're using the FS-100 with a Windows system, don't bother with the Quicktime function.

If you're using the FS-100 with a Mac, you should definitely use the Quicktime function.
