p2 on Fat 32

Question...some p2 cards were copied onto a ms-dos Fat32 drive and although I see all the files there, I cannot import them in FCP. I've tried copying the files from the Fat32 drive to my computer's harddrive, but FCP still does not recognize it. Does anyone have a possible work around or solution? I do have a windows XP partition on my macbook pro, but no video software on it.

You have the Contents folder and the lastclip.txt file?

Yes..have both those...can see all the files, just can't read them into FCP.
