Hello,
We have (3) 16 gb cards that have been imported. All is well with 2 out of 3 cards. The issue is on card 1.
There are two clips that were a sit down interview. The first clip is fine. The 2nd clip is where the problems lie.
The p2 import window in FCP gives us stats of a media length of 21 mins. The clip plays fine in the P2 FCP import window. It also looks great in camera. Once this clip is imported, the media length is 4:31, the audio plays normal and the video plays 3x the normal rate. It is also the ONLY clip that says spanned next to its name. This is NOT a spanned clip, as the interview was one of the first 2 clips on the first card, which does not make sense to me.
We have imported via macbook pro (with PCI adapter), via pc, and via copied master p2 data. I have no clue as to why this is happening or how to fix it, but it is vital that we figure this out.
