P2 Ingest Error in FCP P2 Log Window

Hello everyone!
In the FCP P2 Import log window, i select a p2 folder to ingest. I select it, push ok and the folder appears in the pre-log. Then when i select the folder, nothing happens. No drop down arrow indicating that there are clips inside like normal. It's a 6 GB folder in size. Ive tried to ingest this media using p2CMS and it does not work as well. This is really important footage. Should i try to re-ingest the media on a p2 card on the HVX or something? HELP! THANKS!:cry:
 
That's impossible to tell with the information you've provided.

Do you have any MXF files? What size are they? Where are they?
 
Thanks for sticking with me. Here are the screen shots. I may found the problem. The first MXF video file is 1.91 gigs, but has no Preview image, as the 2nd clip does. All of the other clips have preview images in the finder. Is the first clip corrupted? If so , how do i fix this if all the utility programs i've used can't even mount the folder?

You might try placing the P2 card back in the camera to see if it will play. You might also try the Repair Clip function on the camera (p. 70 of the Revised Manual).

the original P2 was erased, what youre seeing in the photos is just the copied data on my mac hard drive. . .

Is it possible to copy that info back onto a p2? I havent had success with that. . .?:badputer:
