Hello Friends, some days ago I´ve read about a little program to organize the P2 Clips into the computer in bins, but loose track, could some body tell me about it?

:dankk2:

Thanks dglasgal, yes it was, but I need it for PC (windows) has some body made one?

:crybaby:

I don't know if this would even work -- and if it would if it would be advantageous.

I plan on dropping P2 files onto my Mac's external hard drive via firewire from my laptop's external firewire (my laptop is a PC). Would it serve any usefulness to have P2 Genie pull these files off the laptop's hard-drive to my Mac's external drive?

I'm not completely sure what you want to do? P2 Genie will only allow you to copy onto drives that are mounted directly onto the system the P2 Genie is running on. If your Mac's external hard drive is mounted onto your PC laptop as a standalone drive then P2 Genie would work fine.

Windows version...Yeeeee Haaaaa!
Unfortunately about that time we'll be on a coast to coast shoot. But I'll be sure to get it as soon as we return.
Thanks!

Ted - I'll send you a time-limited version of the current build to test out the software on your shoot. PM me your e-mail address if you're interrested.

Yep - the application is ready, but I forgot that I needed to do a User's Manual as well so I'm finishing up on that right now, actually. I'm hoping to release it later today :-)
