P2 Genie updated

Just wanted to let everyone know that I've just updated P2 Genie for Windows to version 1.2 - now supporting formatting for cards bigger than 8 Gb :)

I'm not allowed to post links here, but everyone who bought P2 Genie will get an e-mail update in the next few days.
 
I'll talk to him tonight when I see him and tell him how to make it work in the Mac version. I'm sure he'll update it very soon.
 
awesome tony, looking forward to this! I havent jumped to the larger cards yet, but am glad to know the support is there for when I do!

Dont forget to email the guy who sent you a 4GB card to lovely denmark..!

I was just out for a 10 Day shoot in Italy, first time with a 32GB card, i would have loved to use P2 genie there...but future will give me that opportunity..thanks for doing the update Tony..!
 
I have asked but not yet received an answer. But I've told how to fix it so hopefully he'll be able to update the Mac version.
 
Great. I paid for the mac version over 2 weeks ago, got an email back from him but no unlock key.

Not the greatest customer service I've seen.
 
There is no unlock key for the Mac version. If you pay he will put your Mac's serial inside the application and send it to you. It's automatically registered for that machine then. Maybe your e-mail program blocked the attachment?

I sent him the serial # of the machine some time ago. He said it looked like a non-standard serial #, then I never heard back from him. And while there may NOT be an unlock code for the mac version, the demo is only good for several uses, which is useless for me.

Anyone wanting to update can download the 1.2 version by replacing 1.1 with 1.2 in the download link. I don't want to post the direct link here. Still working on sending out e-mails to all registered users.

Sorry to any Mac users for the problems with the Mac version. I guess Anders is too busy shooting his RED. Unfortunately there's nothing I can do to help you guys even if I wanted to. The Mac version is 100% Anders'.
