P2 Driver Crashing Computer

So i'm trying to get the P2 driver working on a Dell computer at work, and for some reason the system crashes when:

1. I click on the P2 software

2. When I right click on the C: drive

I'm using XP service pack 2 with the latest updates, and i'm getting a blue screen message refering to this error:

a320raid.sys

Any ideas??

By the way, on board RAID controller IS disabled.
