P2 Card wont mount in Powerbook G4 anymore!

Has been working fine for over a year and all of a sudden it won't mount on my Powerbook G4! I see the PCMCIA card logo in the upper right hand corner of the OS, but nothing on the desktop or in my Log and Transfer in FCP.

Any ideas?
