HPX250: P2 Card - Series E

What is the E series P2 card? (around $625 for 64GB) and how does it differ from the other P2 series cards (around $1,900 for 64GB) I see advertised.

I just now realized that there seem to be more than one flavor. Obviously, I am interested in the cheaper card (around 1/3 the price) but why such a big difference?
