P2 audio channels 1234

shooting p2 dvcpro hd

in Vegas with Raylight it just comes in as a stereo file...why?

No doubt it's your capture settings- check to make sure you are expecting 4 channels.

The latest version of Raylight Ultra supports 4 channels; I think the earlier versions only supported two.

You could get at the other two channels but I think you had to go in and convert the MXF audio files into .WAV files separately.
