Overexposure problem....

I went filming the other day and while it was a bright day out, it wasn't TOO bright. Anyways, I tried keeping the shutter at 1/60 and adjusting the Iris full tilt, but even then, it was still WAY too bright. I had it at 24f and -3db as well. Any ideas?

You tried the ND filters also right?
I picked up an extra lens filter since the A1 doesn't have a 1/64 settings like the panas

Yeah, sounds like the problem I had a month ago. It was the ND Filter, however, now the question is exactly how do I get a consistant amount of light for all my shots, some are way darker than the others. What do DP's do to make sure all their shots look similar?
