out of sync sound - XH-A1

I've filmed a full documentary weeks ago I imported into FCP7 I bounce the footage to soundtrack pro, I fix my sound--I remove all the ambiance noise & I save it then I go back to FCP7 and my audio is out of sync...


This can't be a FCP issue, what's up with this...

Lastly I imported the footage on a recommended FCP timeline...
 
are you using a legal copy of Final cut? I had this problem when I was using a pirated copy, but then I bought Final cut studio 2, and the problem went away.
