GH2 Other than Flowmotion

I have flowmotion v2.02 (I think) on my GH2 and there are lines that run diagonal across the screen, most noticable when I pump up the levels. My understanding is that a lot of people really like this patch, so either I'm doing something wrong myself somewhere or something else.

So either: Do you know what my issue is or can you suggestion another patch that you like better that doesn't have this issue?
 
Are you editing with Premiere by any chance ? ( there is a known bug with Premiere that can cause "snow" when decoding FlowMotion footage )

The fix for Premiere is to transcode to another CODEC before bringing your footage into Premiere. ( or use a different NLE )
 
I have been using Premier Pro (6.0) and Flowmotion for almost a year and have never encountered an issue with the GH2's mts files in Premier Pro or any other NLE.
