Agreed. I have concerns about stuff like that as I have had just about every form of recoding media die on me. And although it is an ancient technology tape is still the one medium that I have been able to salvage the most from. IF I have to take a tape case apart and play doctor and revive the footage that didn't get eaten in the player I can. But on hard drive failures and media card failures once something went wrong I usualy can't get any of it back. Which really stinks. Here's hoping P2 is very, very, very reliable.
