Other Camera's Flash Rolling Shutter issue...

Alright, so I was filming and someone else was taking pictures with remote flashes (which were also being used as lights). Everyone once in a while the flash would cause an annoying frame in the shot (ill post a video below).

First off, this is a rolling shutter issue correct? I have never had a problem with other peoples flashes using my HVX, so thats why I assume this.

Secondly, is there anyway I can possibly remove these frames and somehow replace them I guess?

Its shot in 720p60, so there are lots of frames to work with.

Heres an example video...

Oh and there is actually a third frame towards the end that has the flash issue, but for some reason it didnt show up after I compressed the shot.

Thanks in advance for help.

1 Yes
2 You can double up a frame and just remove the flash frame, it is visable, but people will not remeber it, or think it was a bug in their browser or streaming and forget all about it.
Or you can mess with the exposure of the unflashed section of the frame to make it look like the flash covered the whole frame.

Yes, this is rolling shutter. You didn't have the problem on the HVX because the HVX uses a global-shutter CCD sensor. This particular artifact affects CMOS sensor cameras.

As Kevin said, there are post techniques to fix it, including repeating a frame or overlaying a white frame to simulate a full-frame flash.
