Osx 10.3.9

I am new to P2 and am running OSX 10.3.9. A few questions about my OS working with P2 work with FCP.

1) FCP 5.0 gives me the P2 error message. Which version does the P2 error get fixed?

2) P2 viewer doesn't work with 10.3.9, which version does it work with?

3) Is there a way to get workable HD files off my P2 into FCP 5.0 without updating OSX or FCP?

I would like not to spend the money if possible. I cant find an update link to get FCP 5.0.2 or FCP 5.0.3. I am banging my head against the wall. Please help me.

The Mac computer you are using is an critical factor.

Is it a PPC Mac or an Intel Mac?

Yes I am on PPC but I found a solution and it was embarrassing simple.

Apple>Software update>Final Cut Pro.

Now running 5.0.4 and everything works fine. It astonishing what you can acomplish when you are not stessing out about $550 and you come into it with a level head.
