Ordered HMC from B&H

Mine was shipped today as well.

Ok, I've dealt with shipping for years but I'm always unclear with "3 day UPS shipping" Does the first day of being shipped out count as the 1st day? Because if it was shipped out 3 day UPS, I should have it in Illinois by Friday.....however, B&H says it's scheduled for Monday the 6th.

UPS 3 Day Delivery quote: "Delivery Commitment- Delivery by the end of the third business day"

Doesn't matter either way, I'm patient. I was just curious.

My status just switched to shipped at around 5:00pm... I have 2 day air... so Im sure today is 86'ed... which means i get it Monday? er.

Doesn't matter... I'm just happy I get to test it out before the rebate is due.

Mine switched to shipped this morning as well. It says UPS 3-day shipping also, but has my scheduled delivery date on April 3rd. So, is the 3-day shipping a 3-day max? where it could be less than 3 days? Because if it's shipped today, 3 business days isn't till monday, yet the email says it'll be here friday. I'm not complaining, just curious.

Update: B&H says "UPS 3 Day", but when I checking tracking at UPS it says "Ground". GRRRRRRRR UPS doesn't offer 3 Day Ground now do they? :Drogar-Evil(DBG):
 
I'd rather have a 16gb than 8gb, but MUCH rather have the battery than just a 16gb card. I got in on time!

Looking at my order i was happy as a pig in mud when it says shipped....

THEY SHIPPED MY #$%#$% CAMERA GROUND! I paid a crap ton extra for 2-day AIR, you.... err... :crybaby:

Seeing that it couldn't obviously be a free 4GB or 2 GB card, 16GB is a safe assumption. You lose, you get nothing, good day sir.

I didn't know that safe assumptions are automatically a failure. I was the only one who said it. It could have very well been the 32gb Panasonic card. It wasn't though.

I am not sure about the shipping either. I can recall a case or two when I ordered from BH and the package got here before the "scheduled delivery date." I would be stoked to get it on Friday.

After signing into my UPS account, the detailed shipping info states that my package is indeed showing up on the 6th (monday). Boooo!!

I don't think I've ever received anything from UPS "early". Even if they are ahead of schedule, it's like they just sit on it an extra day or slow it down on purpose.

I dislike getting packages at the start of the week. I can never find time through the week to really mess with gadgets. Bummer.
 
Since Monday at noon, my B&H contact has continually assured me I would have it "tomorrow". He said it Monday, then he said it Tuesday, and said it again today. Sadly he's wrong again, UPS estimates I'll have it the day after tomorrow... even though I'm supposedly on one-day shipping this whole time.

Alas - at least I'll have it over the weekend :).
