Most cameras place a handle at the top and a tripod mount on the bottom. When underslinging with a jib arm or wire, either a clumsy mount has to be fashioned to the handle, or a special tripod head (or tripod-head attachment) must wrap below the body and support it from beneath. However, why not have symmetrical tripod mounts on the top and the bottom both? That way, the tripod plate could be attached solidly to the top of Red and a regular head could be used in either orientation.
