F*^& Redrockmicro you guys suck big time. Poor service, poor quality poor everything. I'm pissed really pissed...long story short I ordered the x flip and shoulder mount but got a random follow focus kit which I already have.....gave me the wrong step down ring for an hvx and they guaranteed they'd ship everything by friday for my saturday shoot which was yesterday...(did not get the shots I wanted). You suck. Everyone get Letus. TO redrock owners: I feel bad for you guys.

Many users are very happy with Redrock. Letus, Cinevate, Redrock, SGpro, are all small companies. Mistakes are bound to happen no matter who you buy from. I have had excellent customer service with Redrock, they have always been really helpful in getting me gear when I need it, repairs, etc.

It is frustrating if you were gaurenteed to have your gear by Saturday and you didn't get it, that's understandable. But this isn't the right way to approach the problem.
 
id agree with timbook. ordering new gear for a next day shoot is a pretty risky behavior.

as it has been said before. "poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part"
 
It looks like they messed his order up and said they would ship the correct gear by friday. If Redrock messed up and promised him a saturday delivery on products that he was supposed to have already, then he should have gotten his gear on saturday. The end. I would be pissed off as well. I probably would not have posted what he did though.
