The only reason I will watch is to keep this, my favorite thread, alive. (DVR of course)
I honestly forgot about this show in the span of six days.
AshG said:My issue with the harsh criticism here is that even the worse films on this show are as good or better than most things posted on this and other productions sites. Everyone thinks they can be a director, all they need is the money or the break, etc. If you have true talent, you can create an impressive short without money or a break.

Good stories and good films take time. With these time constraints, these guys are doing pretty damn good.
Are you poo pooing kidding me? I'd put AT LEAST HALF the films from SpyFest up against anything I've seen from On the Lot. Wouldn't be a fair fight, really.
I totally agree with ya there John.
It's ridiculous the stuff we've been seeing on that show.
jessica's film was awful! wow. what the hell was that. i'm speechless.
was anyone else wondering what the judges didn't get about jason's film?
The look of Blood Born was horrible. It looked like it was done with available light and was so blown out as to be almost unwatchable. And yes, Jessica should have stayed home tonight. The only one I liked was the blood one... I thought that was well done. Jessica's was SO BAD.
I can't believe nobody from this site is there... Look at the Spyfest movies, than look at the On The Lot movies... I don't understand...
