First things first.I need a crew of people with equipment,a video camera is a good start.Second,I want these people to help me make the best independent short film ever made.Third,it's gonna be funny.Fourth,I need you to be from Tampa,or maybe Brandon.Fifth,once we have written the script,and have the crew,
I need a cast.I need very funny people.Now,I already have some sketches written,so some scripts are ready to go.But the main film needs to be written,
cast,and filmed,in exactly that order.whoever is reading this,put down the cheeseburger,and call me.I'd rather you not e-mail me,just don't!I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

So they are going to write it before they shoot it...

...so they're not taking tips from Aliens 3. Zing!:D
 
So pretty much this kid wants to make a movie but he doesn't have a script, gear, friends, crew, or experience.

Where can I sign up?
 
I can't figure out exactly what role he wants to play... he says he's written sketches, but he gives his stats at the end, like he's an actor. He probably wants to direct... Quick! someone give him a budget!
 
...sixth, I need someone to direct because i'm really the sketcher,,,seventh, someone needs to edit this puppy and then feed it to the TV set in front of the couch where i'm sitting right now,,ps, I won't be able to pay you so no more cheeseburgers for you!

hey Rick, how'd the play turn out for ya? Is it all wrapped up?

Wish I coulda came out to check it out, our baby sitter pretty much disappear4ed on us. :( Haven't had a "night out" with the wife in like 8 months.

Coffee...thanks for asking! Yes it was a great success. The reviewers loved it and I had a great time with it. And yes, shes all wrapped up.

After sharing a thread with KIMKO, I wish I pushed harder to get some sort of DVX following. Its a great way to get your work seen and who knows...it might wind up being a perfect match in the future...you need an actor...I need a movie to be in...for way cheap.

Maybe next time...

Sorry to hear about your MIA babysitter. It might be months before I audition for anything. I have got to wrap up my school career. But, its way more important to me than school. So, I will be pounding the pavement in May. So, when I get something, I will be insisting on your attendance!
