Image quality is great and it's built like a tank. It's also a bit more difficult to use it since you need support and focus by wire is not that great. Having your camera on a tripod and not changing lens I think it's great but if you need to work fast with different lenses it's not that great.
the Iris action is noisy and goes in discrete steps as opposed to the smooth cine- lens iris action. Focusing manually with the lens barrel can also be noisy which can get picked up by an on camera microphone ...
I just bought this lens for the AG-AF100 and have read great things, but I cannot use it because the lens firmware is 1.1 and needs to be version 1.2 or higher for the AG-AF100 to recognize it. I have read that the lens firmware can only be upgraded by attaching it to an Olympus camera and using the Olympus firmware upgrade process. I have tried several times using the Panasonic process, but it will not work. I don't own any Olympus cameras, so I will be bouncing around town tomorrow begging a local dealer to let me mount the lens on an appropriate Olympus 4/3 camera and connect the camera online via USB for the Olympus upgrade process. I have read this works, but what a pain!
