"Old Time Vines" Music video

Cool video on the whole but...is it just me, or is there a blue spot in some shots - like at 2:10 right above the guy's left shoulder? Is that an artefact from compression or is it just lens flare? It's pretty subtle but I saw it in quite a few shots...couldn't unsee it once I saw it.
