Movcam makes a battery plate and a cable which will plug directly into the FS700 power port. I think others do as well, but I recall that one for sure. Wooden Camera may also have something.

Sorry, I was not clear - I was talking specifically about OQ7 brackets for using with C500. Right now I am thinking about a simple approach by mounting OQ7 onto rods of the shoulder rig with the final result that looks something like

basically using OQ7 instead of EVF. I found mounting gear to do that. But looking at what you've done for FS700 I thought you might have something special for C500.
Hi Olof,
Battery Bracket looks great. 2 quick questions:
1) On the Battery Bracket page, it says the weight of the bracket is 1 lbs. Is that the shipping weight or the actual weight of the Bracket? If so, it would be almost the same weight as the 7Q and it's so much smaller. I'm just trying to keep things light as I'm running a steadycam regularly these days.
2) Will the Anodize version cost the same as the current versions?
Thanks,
Gene
Hi SergeSmAart,
I was wondering how you mounted the Sony hand grip on the Tilta rig. I have the same rig and I am trying to find a way to mount the hand-grip - you seemed to have solved that. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Yes we make them and sell the brackets, they are very sturdy and made especially for the FS700 and Odyssey. Some of the parts are the same as our EVF holder.
Here is a link to the brackets:

It looks good! Do you sell to the EU as well?
Have you considered a possibility to mount that "rod" to something like this, in the threaded hole at the side?
Hi Olof,
Another quick question. Does your bracket lock the battery in place? Is that what the large screw right above the top of the battery is for?
Thanks
While this is a perfectly good product, it is unnecessary for use with the Odyssey7Q. The Odyssey accepts 6.5-34v power. A single NPF-970 is rated for 47w, while the Odyssey7Q only draws 8-15w (24w peak). So a single NPF-970 will last at least three hours.nice alternative (cheap) solution i just found :

two NPF batterie for 13-16V usage, much more power and running time for sure.
Yes we ship all over the world. Hela världen. Vissa länder är lättare än andra.

That Vocas clamp is pretty similar to what we do I would say. Ours is a bit longer and that makes it more adjustable with the long slot IMHO.

Hey Olof, When are the black anodized ones going to be ready?
Thanks
We have them in stock today. And we shipped the first batch today, we filled all current orders.
Now I am waiting for more Odyssey connectors, they should be here on Friday or Monday. We still have a bunch of the plates, I just need the connectors.
