Odyssey 7Q error message

I have Odyssey 7Q with Sony FS700 this is the first time used only purchased in July 2014. I followed the set up for FS700 and formatted both 512gb SSD and I have an error message on 7Q saying recording unexpectedly suspended. I have tried on AC and battery I have tried to record HD and have tried demo 4K to HD. Firmware is 1.11.100APR 2014 do I need to update firmware if so how do I do it ?

Yes, you should update your firmware off our website. If your problem persists, please contact cdsupport at convergent-design dot com.
