C100: Noob Question: Can't access picture profiles

Hey guys,

Literally just got my c100. Been trying to figure out how to get the picture profiles to work, and not having any luck. Googled it, searched on this forum, read the manuals and even looked at the c100 intro videos and no such luck. My CP Locked menu option is set to "off" and greyed out, and when I press the custom picture button nothing happens... Really weird. I'm sure its something really simple i'm missing. Any ideas?
 
Welp, seems like i've got it working now. So odd, didn't change any settings at all, just powered it on and it finally started working today when it wasn't yesterday.
 
I have noticed if I have the 3 second pre record activated this will sometimes occur. I switch it off and then it is possible to access the picture profiles again. It must be a bug.
