FS7: Noob question about card spanning clip

Shooting 4 k with 2 128 cards. During a long take I wasn't paying attention and the recording filled up card 1 and continued on card 2.

I usually just copy the XDroot folder on the card to my computer hard drive and then import into Premier CC.

How do I copy the second card so that both the first and second part of the one clip that spanned the 2 cards, gets stitched back together. with no audio drop out.
 
My experience is its just not a problem with FS7. The spanned clip does not need the parent to work. It just produces a new clip with no loss in fames , so when you put them together they're seamless. I don't work in post that much though so someone else might have more useful information re whether they will always be treated as separate clips by the NLE in Premiere.
 
Due to my experiences with ARRIs I was pleasantly surprised the cards spanned seamlessly on the FS7, but still get a bit nervous whenever I see it coming.
