NOISE in BLACKS

Wow. A lot of the time flowed.
For the terrible blue noise in the shadow areas I swithed COLOR TEMP to -2 to get warmer image. Blue noise has gone. After that I slightly correct my footage to gain blue channel back a bit.
 
Are there ISO settings that seem to make the blacks less noisy, due to mathematical issues or whatever it is? I know with my Canon T3i it's like that, though I don't really understand why, totally, even though it was explained to me. Technology and math!

I just want the cleanest blacks I can get, and the cleanest everything else, too.
