C100: Ninja Flame HDMI 59.94?

The ninja flame is saying that there is a 59.94 frame rate for the source HDMI out of the C100. When I switch the record setting to 23.98 it says it's using a 3:2 pulldown. Should it read 59.94 for the source setting and 23.98 for the record format? I guess the native output for Canon cameras is 59.94 and the ninja flame is extracting the 23.98 signal out of that like it should.

The c100 outputs a 60i signal, this is normal. It has the 23.98 pull down flags in the stream so that an Atomos or similar recorder will remove the unwanted data. This is normal, just use the pull down option on the recorder.
