Im always interested in a nikon release.

This is
-cheap
-functional AF
-nikon colour and some sort of flat profile
-DX (s35)
100 ISO - fewer NDs

Dont know the critical data rates and some debate that '4k' is cropped.

120p.

Directors viewfinder?
With a 16-50 kit probably an amazing directors viewfinder, recce camera.

RnG camera?
announced 18-140 could be good for single lens shooting (very good if it is fast)
Old dx lenses like
16-80 2.8-4 is a good lens
18-300 (!) 3.5 5.6

Mounting/gimbal camera.
Small and light
AF

None that I can find talk about the video spec of course.

big question is crop or not in 4k, or data rate.

According to Nikon USA via Nikon Rumours it is not cropped in 4K. I think the confusion has come because it is a DX camera. No 10bit out of course. I'm following closely.

I cant find the sentance I read but it was sneaky.. like

"4k video and 120p with no crop"

which could read that 120p has no crop and 4k we didnt tell you

News shooter have got some data rates - over 100 in 4k and 120.

I read on Cinema 5D they are exactly the same rates as Z6 and Z7 namely 144 in $k and 120 and 28 in 1080
