Nikon mount Samyang/Rokinon Cine lenses quick question.

Does anyone know if the focus rings on the Samyang/Rokinon Cine lenses in Nikon mount work like those on cinema lenses for other mounts, or do they turn in reverse like most Nikon stills lenses?

Thanks. That's good to know. In that case it seems that the Nikon mount Samyangs are the versions to get, as they will work on the most cameras, especially if the focus rings are consistent with the lenses for other mounts.
 
Yup...I use my F mount Rokinon set with my D600, GH2 and Nex7. All I have to do is change the adaptor. GREAT lenses!!!

If you plan on getting the 24mm then go to bh because right now the bower (another brand same lens) 24mm is only 500 . Sadly it is not the cine version but it's a $250 saving.

The focus rings on Sigma lenses also rotate in the conventional direction, opposite to that of Nikkor lenses. All Sigmas turn in the same direction, regardless of their lens mount.

So I've heard. The Samyang Cine lenses have de-clicked irises and are all manual, correct? That should make them immune to the can't-set-iris-in-live-view "feature" on many Nikon bodies?

the non-cine versions don't have declicked iris, but are fully manual too, which I consider a feature (even if you can control aperture and focus manually, focus-by-wire feels awfully weird in many modern lenses after a couple of years using vintage manual glass; samyangs are inmune to that)
