My trusty old Nikon manual lenses are overexposing when I try to shoot stills in manual on my T2i. I know I've seen a thread about that somewhere but cannot seem to find it.
Its fine ( even for stills) if I stay in movie mode , but in the manual stills mode it always comes out about 2 stops overxposed. It also works OK in any of the semi automatic modes like aperture priority but I don't like shooting that way as backlit pictures are too dark.
BTW - speaking of backlight is there an easy way to quickly apply backlight comp on stills on the T2i. Seems like a big pain in the butt so far.
I love this T2i but its not a fast camera to shoot with.
