C100: Nikon adapter for camera body

Is anyone aware of a Nikon mount adapter to go on an EOS body rather than on the lenses? I'm wanting to be able to swap lenses between a Nikon SLR and a C100 quickly and from what I've heard (haven't actually tried one yet) getting the adapters on and off the lenses is kind of fiddly.

I don't find it at all hard to take my adapters on and off relatively quickly. (I have the Cinevate that some people seem to think ARE hard to get on and off...) I'm pretty sure what you want does not exist. There's such a thin piece of metal that forms the adapter that I can't imagine how it would work.

edit: I just checked how long it take me to get an adapter on and off. To get one off take about three seconds. It's just a matter of locating the little tab, depressing it and turning. To get the adapter on is only slightly trickier because you have to make sure you've lined it up the right way. So maybe five seconds max to get the adapter on. I can't imagine you'd be swapping between the C100 and DSLR that the time taken will be an issue. Hope this helps.
