I agree David, that FedEx actual numbers can be hard to come by. I usually try to ship with them but I know that I am paying a premium and that I probably won't know the actual charges until I see the bill.
But I hate the others.
At least FedEx delivers mostly on time and rarely loses a package.
UPS, what crap!
You track your package and wonder why it sits in a warehouse somewhere for several days and then misses the delivery date.
You go to their local office to pickup a package and have to listen to the employees yapping about basketball/baseball/football scores instead of helping customers.
How they count "business days" when estimating shipping times seems pretty much a product of the halucinogenics they are ingesting on their breaks.
No delivery or shipping on Saturday. I have been to FedEx so many times on Saturdays to get an item out to a client for Monday delivery.
If you can't recieve an item at home because no one is home during business hours at least you can go to FedEx on Saturday to get it.
DHL is completely irresponsible.
