C300: Nightclub Videography

I will be covering an event of a new nightclub. One camera operator for the whole night.

I've shot in a nightclub before, but it was not intended specifically for promo video for the nightclub.
I have a gig coming up in a few weeks, my first, specifically made for the clubs promo video.

I have a question about shooting & editing it.
I've seen many videos of nightclubs and they have a lot of variety of fast, normal and slow motion shots.

Since its not a controlled lighting environment, shooting slow motion @60p-1/120, the whole background becomes very dark and I have to crank my led light brighter.
In the end the footage doesn't match very well with the normal speed footage. What are my way to getting around this to making the footage match better?

And I've seen videos where most of the shots looks sped up. Looks a bit faster than in real life. Do they speed the footage up or is it untouched?
And there are also shakes added that go with the beat of the music. Is this all done in post?

Here is an example:

Any tips for shooting my first gig in a nightclub?

For high frame rate shots you don't have to follow 180 degree shutter angle rule, so you can keep you shutter speed at around 1/80. Also try adjusting ISO instead of you LED light to compensate for the exposure. Avoid the laser beam usually found in night clubs, if it shines directly into the camera it can potentially damage the sensor.

Where is a good place to find music?
Lets say the club plays top 40s music. Where can I find a 1.5-3min version of songs, and preferably with some mix in there or having multiple songs mixed in together.
