Night sky 7d timelapse experiment in Dungeness

Nice one Phillip. Hopefully I get my 7D here in OZ in a week or so. Just tearing my hair out on a tripod / quick-to-change to handheld with rails/MB/FF solution at the moment. I always love timelapse. Just so time-consuming:huh:

I love the first timelapse of the boat. Beautiful. I've always wanted to try these types of shots.
 
Philip you are such a lazy sod.

You should have driven two and a half hours from your house to the ocean instead of only two hours so you could have shot an _underwater_ time lapse. Slacker! ;-)

Further, that boat is about as "cinematic" as a "sofa"*.

Stop wasting our time with your daft "film" "experiments". Time to get a real job!

Only joking of course ... BTW, the sunset & water in the "Girl with the Flaxen Hair" video looks fabulous, as does of course VMD, the trees, etc. Thanks for all that!

Now, please get some sleep! :-)

Beautiful work. I particularly enjoyed the final lighthouse shot, which strangely reminded me of the latest star trek film.
