definitely a cool look. You're second picture, in my opinion, is the best one. The first one seems over exposed as does your last. I would also turn your chroma down a tad, as the third image looks like something out of an 80's music video :)

neat look though!

Ya...it is over exposed, if i brought my Iris up any more, the pan would go black, i needed a light i guess

So i should turn down my chroma level, or chroma phase?

Video is now up

Chroma has nothing to do with your exposure

Assuming you were at a derfault, adding more light is key (pun)

Is this 60 i ?

No, i know chroma has nothing to do with my exposure, but he said i should turn my chroma down....what, my chroma phase or chroma level?

and no, it's 24pA...Now that i watch it again, it does look 60i lol

Ooohhhhhh

Chroma Level I would imagine.

Chroma Phase regards Magenta and Green. But i think the colors look kind of nice.

Kind of festive

That my friend look like a classic case of Magic Bullet (post CC)

Are you trying to get your looks in-camera ?

Well, usually in post..but i thought that youtube link was all done in camera.....can i achieve that in camera? or do i need this stupid magic bullet program.......can u do it in final cut? wut is this effect? I WANT IT!!!!!!!

I don't even mess with in-camera on the DVX

I shoot for exposure and flatness ..

But that is just me. Others totally own the in-camera settings

Don't you have BG's book ? !

Nah B...Parents dont trust the whole credit card situation......i want it tho....

so can i achieve that look in final cut?

The book is mandatory

You study your craft and pay attnetion and work at it and they'll be dropping cards on you

Looked good, but I would say bring the master ped back to something a little more reasonable. It's probably the reason why the pan was going black too easily when you tried to bring your exposure down.

And spend time learning the 3 way colour corrector in fcp to adjust the looks you want.

Nope not magic bullet at all. I hate using preset looks. I did cc in AE I used colorista a 3-whell color corrector a great tool. That is flattering(right? lol) you thought it was magic bullet and that the como is trying to achive my look :). Thanks for watching.

I would imagine you could achieve that look in final cut since I used a 3-way ccer in AE and FCP has a 3-way CCer.

I can't even use Magic Bullet. Get errors which I assume are because I have an ATI video card. Stu is ATI-phobic I guess. Sux.
