Enough of us will end up doing Future Fest despite the official rules. Then Barry will say "guys whats up up these entries? disqualified."

But then months, even years later he'll publish contest rules and a chill will run down his hand, up his arm and through his spine. He'll realize he just published the rules to the VERY movies we had already given him!~!

Do you realize this fest hasn't even ENDED yet?

That would mark the record for shortest time between fests. Negative 3 days.
 
Well, if we did futurefest, then time wouldn't be an issue...

I've got this great idea about a guy who builds a time machine... out of... maybe a car? Maybe a Delorean... hmm... he'd have to hit a specific speed, say... 88 mph... yeah, that's a good number... then something will happen... something that would require a buildup of electricity... some sort of a capacitor... let's call it a flux capacitor... but this sucker wouldn't be nuclear. It would require a nuclear reaction to generate 1.21 gigawatts of electricity...
 
I think they should announce the next fest and then right after that, announce the next fest, and then right after that, announce the next fest, and then ....:)
