Newbie HD/SD question

I'm sure there is an obvious answer to this but I am just moving from an SD work flow to HD.

We decided to shoot all projects at 720p unless the client requests 1080i or something else. If the client wants to final project to be broadcast SD (I know why would they want that!?) What/how do we deliver that to the station? Most of our final products are delivered on DVD and we haven't yet had an HD broadcast project. Thanks in advance.

easy.

finish your HD project. create a new 8-bit uncompressed SD sequence. drag your HD sequence onto that timeline. (change the scale/aspect if it looks squished) then export.

done.
