New ZF primes...

They look well made mods, though, does the rotation of these lenses turn in the "right" way? Total deal breaker for me unless I had a reverse gear for my FF. Also seems to be canon only, or maybe even their own mount only considering they mount sideways... I emailed them to get details
 
Well, as I predicted, we are seeiing another leap in photography lens modification to be like cinema lenses. I applaud some rather smart new features... such as making them all uniform front diameter and side mounting to see aperture and focus info (despite focus info being quasi-inaccurate). They have done this on top of the typical 'cine-mod' practice of declicking the aperture and putting a geared ring on the focus.

ZF's are some decent lenses, and despite certain things, this is showing that someone out there was paying attention. :P

Not sure how to load the price list... but basically it looks like for example the Zeiss 18 is listed by Zeiss for 1,249.00 € and the mod goes for 1.599.00 € ... so basically it looks like its 300€ per lens over what Zeiss is selling the lens for... and if I remember right on the email... they'll be sold out of Hollywood and the prices should be about the same in US as the Euro...

And the set of 8 = 18, 21, 25, 35, 50, 85 & Macro 100 go for €13,485
