New Z-finder Pro 2.5

I just got the z finder pro 2.5x.. i think its great love how i can see so clearly and focus very well. BUT.. When I move the diopter ring (they call it a "focus ring") i see NOTHING change at all??
Can anybody help me out, just so i know do i keep it, Or somethings wrong/ Ship it back??
