Just got the latest Panasonic Pro e-mail newsletter and it lists new rebates. From November 1, 2013 thru March 31, 2014, they're offering a $600 rebate on the AC160A and a $400 rebate on the AC130A.

Do you think there is a chance of a updated or new version camera coming in March with Panasonic trying to reduce the price of the 130/160?

No idea, but whether there is or isn't, isn't related to their rebate strategy. They've had rebates on these cameras fairly continuously for ... heck, I don't remember how long, probably at least a year.
