The first batch of Sonys new NEX with EXMOR HD sensor(aps-c size ie tiny bit larger than a 7D) will be available soon, there apparently will be a GH1 look a like soon after with XDCAM 35MBIT, is this a 422 CODEC? and higher "physical" bit rate than the h264 ie 8bit that is utilised on the GH1. Sounds interesting if it is?

Larger sensor, higher sensitivity and better robust codec?

Native lenses will be OIS, except for the new pancake series.

Don't understand anything here.
NEX is compacts replacement, period. Very light.
You don't know if it'll work with any lenses without chips. And knowing Sony, most probably they'll burst their chance here.
They won't have any viewfinder.
And bitrate is still mystery, even not presented in rumors.

XDCAM EX is 4:2:0. Also you're getting bitrate confused with color depth. GH1 is h.264 17Mb.

Sony looooooves proprietary :D

So does Panasonic.

XDCam is now used in Sony, JVC, and it looks like Canon as well now all with different monikers.

Was not referring to XDCAM...H.264 is hardly proprietary. Was referring to the idea that you'd perhaps have to use Sony lenses with their m4/3 competitor, and Sony's history of requiring the use of proprietary things in the consumer space (everyone does it in the professional to some degree) such as Memory Stick, UMD, Minidisc, the Sony D connector on Camcorders, Elcaset...the list goes on.
