This CINEfocus is really well made. The dampering on the gear box makes it a joy to pull focus. As Pete said, the ability to move the pointer depending on your position is a plus. Also I believe Shoot35 made an all metal custom gearbox with an adjustment screw which allows you to readjust play if and when the unit needs it, and you can transfer the lens drive gear to the other side of the gearbox if needed.
I have not used any of the others, but have heard that they just use off the shelf gearbox's for their followfocus units.
Anyway I don't think you would be disappointed with this unit. The dial is a good size also with a good grip, not small like some of the other makes. Pretty impressed actually.
Just waiting for Shoot35 to release the Wips later in march.
